GPU acting up when logging on

I have been having a very strange issue with a 3070 I recently bought on marketplace. The performance has been great so far, but when I log into windows the colors seem to get the contrast pumped up to 110%, but it goes away when I switch to the other HDMI port. The weirdest part is that it's only when I press enter after typing in my password. I've let it sit in the log in screen for 30 seconds and 30 minutes, it only happens when loading the desktop.
