Recommendation for server hardware ?

Hi ! I've recently seen the LTT gaming pc at 69$ using xeon. I want to build myself a server for modded minecraft, ark, conan, vrising and different game. Would using Xeon more efficient than using for example a Intel Core i3-12100F wich is kinda cheap for it's performance ? 

Possibly having 1-3 server hosting at the same time. 

Also, would i be able to use the xeon on gaming vs the Intel Core i3-12100F ?

What xeon? There re lots of models?

Id probbly get the i3 12100  non f as the igpu is nice to have. It will probably be a better option than a xeon for those games in a home server.

In the age where only Xeon's had more than 4 cores, the answer was xeon. But with 12th gen, a 12100 or 12400 is going to suit those needs very well. If the budget is very low, looking for used hardware is a great option.
