Looking for new build

Budget (including currency): $1400US

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I would play games like borderlands or minecraft with mods and maybe some newer games like call of duty

Other details I would like a decent build for $1400US that can be either Intel or amd. This will be my first time building a computer.

I would like to have:

1terabyte of ssd or more

32gb of ram(16×2)

vr capability(not priority)
