PC bugging out

So recently upgraded my PC and even more recently theres been this weird glitch going on where it looks like artifacting kind of but its just a bunch of glitchy moving pixels in my screen. I thought it'd be over if I switched out my old crappy hdmi cable for a fancy new display port cable but it didn't really do much. I'm starting to worry that somethings wrong with my GPU.

SPECS:
MSI Ventus 2x RTX 3060
AMD Ryzen 5 3500
32gb 2666mhz dual channel teamgroup ram
MSI B550 MPG something
700w segotep PSU

Drivers on MB and GPU are up to date, although after my latest MB update the baseboard version just says 1.0 so not sure if that has anything to do with it. Starting to worry if it's something to do with my GPU or CPU. First time updating my MB BIOs, before updating the baseboard version said the date that the BIOs version was created and the manufacturer of the BIOs
