Having issues with fans

Go to solution Solved by AngryBaker101,

Ok, this time is the charm. Turns out, none of what I thought was the issue/solution was correct. Turns out, my PSU died and was on it's last legs before finally dieing. My old one, a MSI MPG850 PSU, which was 7-8 months old, died and only the 5 volt was showing

Recently, I am having issues with some of the fans on my Lian LI Lancool II case. The front three fans are originals that came with it, the rest are the Corsair LL120 White RGB Hydraulic Bearing 120mm Case Fan. Two of the three front fans, the top and bottom one, stop spinning and the top 3 fans, the corsair ones, do the same thing. They do this intermittently and sometimes they start again after a bit and sometimes it looks like they get a kickstart but don't spin for more than half a second. The motherboard these are connected to is the MSI X570S MPG EDGE MAX WiFi AMD AM4 ATX Motherboard. I have tried unplugging the fans from the fan headers and plugging them back in. I am unsure if there is a issue with the fans themselves, the motherboard (heaven forbid), or the bios. I have tried looking at the bios itself and there doesn't seem to be a issue. The only other thing I can think of that might be interfering with them is Fan Control Software by Remi Mercier,

Are they in any sort of 0db mode? Some Motherboard Fan control and some software have a mode where the fans will stay off if Temps don't get past a certain temp.

I kind of fixed the issue(?). I cleared the CMOS and now the only issue is the top front fan.

I just tried setting the software to temps where it would always be on and that didn't work

I don't think the issue is a hardware issue on the fan's side, I think it is either a software or a bios issue and after clearing the CMOS, I'm leaning towards software

I have somewhat fixed the issue, it would seem almost half of the fan headers have gone bad at the same time. So I got rid of the 3 front fans as they were their for mostly looks and used one of the still functional fan headers. There are fans behind the AIO that suck in the air
