Keyboard and mouse randomly disconnecting

sometimes when I play games my mouse and keyboard randomly disconnect and reconnect after some time, idk what could be the issue and just wanted to ask if anyone here knows what could be wrong and what I can do to fix it.

Keyboard: Razer Blackwidow V3

Mouse: Razer Basilisk V2

 

update: it also happened for the first time by only watching some YT now. 

 

Sorry for posting this again btw but I hope it will get some attention this time.
