Does new Windows 11 task manager is broken ?

For some reason I get very abnormal number  GPU, CPU usage in this new task manager do it broken ? I check with multiple 3rd party monitoring software and they show everythin fine. This new task manager show GPU usage on idle 100% every sec than go down too 0% and again spike too 100% and that endless than I check with 3rd party monitoring software all show normal numbers like 1-2% on idle. Same with CPU while gaming this new task manager show abnormal number  50% while any other software show only 10-15% usage. Do this new manager buged ? Btw even GPU spikes to 100% in task manager GPU temp never rise up on idle and I don't seen any power increase consumption increase on this spike.

I’m betting machine translation is at work here.

It could be a bug.  Win11 has had a lot of updates recently.  It’s also possible it is a root kit and someone is mining on your gpu.  I have used the win11 task manager in the past and had it not do that though.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Well but if it be mining root kit I shoudl see at least increase GPU power and temp but now all normal no power increase or temp at idle draw only ~40W and ~35C than under 100% load it shoudl go ~200W and temp stay ~70C and why any other monitoring software not show this abnormal usage and I don't notice even any lags.
