Which wifi adapter to use?

Howitz

I have an asus tuf z690-PLUS WIFI d4 motherboard with included wifi, on the other hand I have a tp-link t6e ac1300 wifi card. Which of those two will deliver the best performances?

Do i use the mobo onboard wifi or do i plug my wifi card in?

Both have very similar specs, but the tp-link has beamforming. I don't know much about networking but I've heard that it does improve connectivity.

Please mark as solved if I answered your question.
