No, you can get a 1080 or a RX 6600 xt for less than that. 

That 1070 is a joke at that price. 

3060s are going for slightly more than that too.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

where exactly can i find prices like that? 

I've only found 1080s and 6600 xt at 500 dollars or more, and 3060s for 600+

As low as $150 used for a 1080

The 6600xt would take a bit more patience, they do go for right around $200 occasionally though.

There's quite a few RX 6600s for under $200 right now.

3060/3060ti also fits in that budget.

No, that's a terrible price for a 1070. I bought a 1080 on eBay for $150, and I've seen other 1080s going around that price as well. You could also look at getting a new card as well.
