Graphics Driver Errors

Recently I bought a 3060Ti from a miner and It runs fine for the most part. However when I try to run any game (and I mean any game), the game crashes shortly after launching and i'm hit with a pop-up telling me that my game ran into a graphic error. I've tried reinstalling the drivers several times and rolling back as far as a year. I've also tried using admin mode whenever running a game and nothing changes, as well i've tried reinstalling windows and nothing is fixed. I just want to be able to run games, at this point I'll take any suggestions.
My PC specs:
Ryzen 5 5600x
16GB RAM 2400 MHz
ASUS PRIME B450M-A II
RTX 3060Ti
650W PSU

Have you tried DDU from Safemode? Drivers from old graphics card (asuming you upgraded to the 3060 and this is not a new build) can mess up things a lot, even cause BSOD's (saw this myself when I upgraded from my 1080 Ti), you name it.
