I was hoping if you guys could help me build a pc with an Intel Processor and a Nvidia Card. I already have monitors and stuff like that I am just looking for an upgrade in regards to a pc as streaming and playing games is hard because my cpu load is at 100% causing my game to freeze.

You really just need to upgrade cpu, motherboard, and cpu fan. Technically you could probably get away with changing from the i7 9700k to the i9 9900k and be fine if you can find one. That i7 isn’t hyper threaded but the i9 is - which is pretty much essential for streaming and playing games on same pc. Certainly the cheapest way to upgrade.

Stupid. The 9900k is wayyyyyyyy overpriced for what you get in late 2022. DO NOT DO IT.

OP, literally just grab a B660 board and the new 13600k that comes out tomorrow. The rest of your build you can carry over. Keep your whole build (gpu, ram, ssd, hdd, psu, cpu cooler etc.) and just swap the board/cpu.

The 13600k is wayyyyyyyyy faster than the 9700k, just sell it. The 9700k was a fail of a CPU with no hyperthreading, that's why you're having issues. Considering how high your budget is you could even get a 13700k. The 13700k is kinda overpriced at $429 but Amazon has their Holiday return window right now until 01/31/23. Just buy it and then return it if it drops in a price a lot from now to then (it will).

The only other thing I would consider swapping would be two things, the gpu and the case. The H510 is a furnace. I'd maybe get a Fractal Pop Air, Lian Li Lancool II, or even NZXT H7 Flow. For the gpu, used 30 series are dirt cheap right now . You could swap out for a 3070 or 3080 and sell your old one and only be out a couple hundred bucks.

In addition to my suggestions above, since I noticed your budget is so high, you could also maybe ditch the HDD and get a good PCIE4 2tb SSD. They've gotten crazy cheap recently. Wait until Black Friday and you might be able to grab a 980 pro 2tb for $150 since the 990 pro is coming out November 1st.

All these upgrades I am suggesting are going to cost nowhere near 2k and that is not even considering the subsidy from selling your old stuff

The new i5-13600K(F) should be ideal for this use case. Six performance cores for gaming and 8 efficiency cores for streaming and bookkeeping tasks.

The DDR5 version of the motherboard isn't strictly necessary, but budget allows for it. Some saving could be made switching to the DDR4 version of the motherboard and using 2x16GB DDR4-3200 CL16.

Edit: GPU pricing seems to be volatile at the moment. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/qQM48d/msi-geforce-rtx-3070-lhr-8-gb-gaming-z-trio-video-card-geforce-rtx-3070-gaming-z-trio-8g-lhr would be a better choice.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

I said if you can find it. That implies at a good price. There is no reason to spend the whole budget if you don't have to. If you are going to drop 2,000 dollars on an upgrade for a streaming + gaming PC combo, you should just build a new pc and have a dedicated gaming pc and dedicated streaming pc...

I'm not suggesting he spend 2k lol. A B660 board+13600k after selling his old stuff is gonna be a few hundred bucks lol.
