Issues after changing motherboard with diff chipset

Changed my motherboard out from a a320mk to a b450 tomohawk max, having a LARGE amount of issues. About 20 different blue screen errors, network errors, game freezing errors. Is my best bet just to reset my boot drive and reinstall windows fresh?

Western digital blue 1tb 7200rpm

Kingston a2000 250 gig

Coolermaster q300l

Thermaltake 500w 80+
