Bsod's after adding another memory stick

Go to solution Solved by SpookyCitrus,

This is because you are mix matching memory which is a no no. Regardless of if you buy the exact same make and model of ram stick there may still be incompatibilities. If you want more ram you need to buy a dual module kit, the kits are tested and paired from the factory to work together. That's all it is.

Hi! Just added another 16gb of 5200mhz ddr5 to my system but i keep getting bsod's. I have checked to see if they both are picked up by the system and sure enough they are both there and visible on the bios screen.

There are a few messages that i keep regularly seeing and they are:

System_service_exception

Kmode exception not handled

Page fault in nonpaged area

Pfn list corrupted.

All these problems seem to be gone if just use one stick but idk if i want run on single channel.
