Fps Drop in games

Hello, the main problem with my pc is Fps drop-in games like warzone and fornite. Warzone is being played on benq,1080p, 144hz Benq monitor with medium setting and fps capped to 144. I'm barely getting 100 fps. Lowering my warzone graphic settings has no impact on fps gain at all. I do have dual monitor setup with second monitor being 75 hz. Everything is updated. I don't know if warzone is being wired or my computer parts messed up. I dont have anything overclocked neither have any Nvidia filters enabled. Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Have you checked temps?

@Cool_Evlo before messing around with the fan curve, temps will get as high as 80degress, after tunning the fan curve with msi after burner I'm looking at 65 degrees in MW2019 multiplayer, 67-70 degree Celsius in Fortnite.
