GTX 760 clock speed problems

So I was going to try and overclock my MSI GTX 760, but when running MSI's kombustor program I noticed that my clock speeds seem very low.

 

The card should come stock with Core Clock at 980Mhz (1033MHz boost) and Memory clock at 6008MHz

 

But kombustor shows the Core to be at only about 823MHz and the Memory clock to be a t 3004MHz ( maybe this is half for a reason I don't know ?)

 

I may just be making a really stupid mistake but I'm very new into overlocking
