Remove other user from lock screen

Hello, I have a very simple problem but I can't find a solution. On my lock screen, I have the option for other users. I want to remove it because people whit a Microsoft account can just login into my laptop. Initially, I set up my laptop as a "work/school" device because it was more convenient now I am at home and I want to remove it from the safety point.

I have a feeling this would be controlled via local security policy. Unless this is a managed device, in which case it would be global security policy set at the DC level.

Try Googling local security policy Windows (insert version here since you didn't bother to give any details) lock screen and see what you get.
