HELP WITH SERVER

So a family friend paid for a hosting server for a buissness. The creator made it in Pydio then disapeared 7 months later its now breaking. Does anyone know of a hosting software that allows me to setup multiple users and clients with an account thats user friendly. Must be UK based server or point me in the right direction to setting a personal server and creating a front end of it?
