Bitlocker key

so I accidentally pressed Y, and know my pc wont turn on, and I have no idea what my bitlocker key is, or where to enter it. Should i just return the motherboard and get a new one?

You see the bitlocker recovery key when setting up bitlocker on your system. Normally they ask you to print it or write it down somewhere.

 

If you don't have that key your gonna need to reinstall windows. The motherboard should still work fine, you just lost all the data on your boot drive.

Can I still reinstall windows even if I have no display? When I try to boot the pc, nothing shows up, not even a recovery key enter or the press del to enter pc.

Can you boot from a usb drive? You should be able to boot from a usb and reinstall windows.
