question about my pc turning on

so when i turn on my pc it instantly turns on rgb fans whatever then contiunes to post normally 

today i went to go turn on my pc pressed the button nothing then 3 seconds later it deiceds to power on, turned the pc off tried it again and it was fine have no clue if something is wrong  

as it never has done this the whole time ive had my pc
