Yes, this is a decent one.

Budget (including currency): 400$

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Photoshop,Minecaft,Apex Legends,Premire Pro,Stray

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/78JQBj is the list right now

Thinking a 3070 if i can get it for under 400 or maybe just a ram upgrade and a aio? Also thinking of a second monitor vertically?

Why an AIO?

I'd get 16GB of RAM and 2TB of SSD.  500GB SSD is like having 1 pocket in your jeans.

4TB HDD may be good for data but I wouldn't use an HDD for games any more.  You're not cash strapped, so why not use SSDs in a solid machine like that?

Trust me I was a slow adopter of SSDs for many years, but I can't go back.

I'd start with adding another NVMe drive - ideally 2TB. If you get a Gen 4 one, you can move the SN550 to the second slot. Then you can have one OS drive and another drive used as a scatch disk, which should boost scrubbing performance in Premier.

If you don't like the performance of the stock cooler, I'd actually go with a dual tower cooler, like the DeepCool AK620 or Scythe Fuma 2. It'll be cheaper, and you won't have to worry about pump noise.

And since you use Premier, I'd upgrade to 32GB of RAM, or maybe even go to 48GB by adding a 32GB kit.

Those 3 upgrades combined should be under $400, and should make your editing life much better.

So i have a random 256gb nvme ssd just lying around. I plugged it into the mobo and nothing, not even in disc manager. Il start off with the nvme drive and i dont use premier that much. the os uses 10gigs at idle anyway so i was thinking of upgrading

Do you have any other expansion cards or drives installed beyond the graphics card and the one SSD? Sometimes an M.2 slot can be disabled if you use a particular SATA port or PCIe slot.

I have a 1tb Hdd (Barely Works). Il try to unplug it but the ssd might be dead too. No visible damage but I have transported it in my backpack. Really hope it works
