Windows L?

DietzDiet
Go to solution Solved by Kilrah,

You have a user account. If you have a password to it you need to enter it to log in. If you Win-L you bring up the login screen again so that e.g. if you walk away someone can't mess with your stuff without entering the password.

Also allows someone else with an account to log in.

I did windows l and it locked my pc 💀 so i turned off my monitor than turned it on again and the pc is working, am i supposed to do smth after i windows l or is it fine

By default Windows usually turns off the display output after locking with Windows + L. I'm not entirely sure what you're asking? You can lock the PC and just walk away.

What did you expect to happen? Windows+L is supposed to lock your desktop so password entry is required
