Putting my gaming pc 15 meters away

Hello guys,

 

I’ve been watching Linus his central gaming pc system for a while. 
 

I had a virtual machine for a while and used parsec, but I want to put my gaming pc in the rack. The length between my desk and rack is 13 meter

 

so here is the question:

 

I want to use the extender bellow, connect it to a powered usb 3 hub and collect the following:

 

Razer blackwidow

Razer seiren mini

razer mamba

steelseries headset

usb speaker set

i would accompany the extender with an optical DisplayPort cable to get 15 meters of length with gsync 

 

will this work or am I being stupid?

it should work in theory, but things get weird at long distances.
