Microsoft siverlight not installing NEED HELP

When ever I try to download Microsoft Silverlight from Netflix it just stops downloading at 96-98 percent.

I have tried this on Google chrome, Opera, Fire fox and even Explorer please help.

And when it does actually download it says the file is corrupt.
