MS Word Acting Weirdly !!

As you can in the first SS everything is fine. But as soon as I increase the size of the texts above 12, the alignments of the sentences from no.10 to 15 gets out of place. (see ss 2). 

Why is this happening? And what should I do?

I would adjust the indents manually so there's ample space between the number and actual text. Looks like there just wasn't enough space with the current indent size and word just freaks out.

The easiest method is exactly as described above, enable the ruler and adjust the hanging indent.
