I need some help to choose some parts for a build

Budget (including currency): about 2000 euros or a bit more

Country: Romania

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Vr, Half life Alyx, next gen games on max settings

Other details my current part list:

MotherBoard: idk which to buy either a ASUS PRIME B550-PLUS or the intel equivalent
Cpu: Ryzen 5000 series or intel 12gen

Cpu Cooler : Noctua NH-D15
Memory: 2x16 Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB DDR4 3000MHz 

Gpu: I will get a 4080 12gb rog strix or gaming oc

Ssd: one m2 any reccomandation for boot and ill reuse my current pc's hdd and sdd

Case: Corsair 4000d

psu: Rm750x gold plus

 

 

im buying these components befor christmas

also im gaming at 3440x1440 144hz and a quest 2
