Power saving and installing problems

Hey so i have an hp laptop with amd graphics and recently i have a problem when i run apps the pc crashes and also while trying to install new grephics drivers they dont work. Some time ago i had the drivers to work and i could use everything but on power saving mode now that i did a clean windows istall everything got f!@#@@cked again and i cant install drivers and when i install them after 4 minutes the pc completlty freezes so of anybody could help i would love it *also i think my cmos battery is starting to die because the time gets scrued thanks alot zahos any tip could be awasome
