Best Phone under 200$

I am looking to upgrade my phone. What would be the best for around 200$? It doesn't matter if its renewed or used. I would like at least 64 gigs of storage and I don't have a preference for Android or Iphone.

I am upgrading from a moto G so I would consider anything an upgrade. What websites do you think are the best? I was looking at renewed iPhones on amazon. I don't know if renewed is the way to go or not.

I dont know. I am not in or from North America. Thats why I asked you. I am not about to scour through every available seller in an unfamiliar territory.

I dont look at used electronics. Although at your budget it could land you something much better than what you can get brand new. I just dont give advice that exposes the beneficiary to risk.

Thank you for your help! I was leaning a lot more towards renewed or used phones because I figured I could get more for my money. The website I mostly buy from is amazon.
