What should I do?

I just upgraded my gpu. Installed drivers but this is what I get.

 

 

I haven't opened anything. Why is my current frequency so low. What should i do?

Perhaps remove GPU drivers with DDU and reinstall latest?

Though it only should rise frequencies under load, not idle.

but I just downloaded the latest drivers

Removing with DDU is a good idea anyway. Though as I added to my previous post - when idle, the clocks are just fine.

What did you run? I mean the card idles at 200MHz that's normal

You could run a benchmark and check again.
