PC using Microsoft basic display adapterinstead of gpu

Hi!
I just upgraded to windows 11 and I installed the latest AMD GPU drivers. But after the restart of the PC, it didn't happen anything and the computer is now instead using Microsoft basic display adapter as GPU. How can I fix this?

Thanks in advance for any answers

You probably already have, but try it again lol. Maybe something with the win11 upgrade wasn't quite done and interfered with the gpu install, just a guess lol.

And this is going to sound as stupid as "is it plugged in?" but I had a friend with this exact same problem.. he forgot he just got a "new" used gpu when upgrading windows and was trying to install amd drivers instead of nvidia ones since his old card was amd lol
