  • 2 weeks later...

I'm not sure that's the problem because I ran the diagnostic tool multiple times and its fine, it has happened recently while playing a demanding game (apex legends) instead of my audio dying just my mic stops picking up audio but I can still hear my mates, then my monitor gets signal again while being VERY slow and laggy, and so you know this issue only happens when i play apex, could it be my GPU or PSU?

I've now ran into a bigger problem i wanted to re-seat my ram to make sure that wasnt the problem and now know i boot up my gpu doesnt have drivers and either outputs the same thing to both monitors or boot up completely normally before seconds later both going completly black with no response to any key like windows shift control B.

I have fixed the issue with the outputting by uninstalling all Radeon software and drivers then reinstalling, now it all boots and works normally except that the aura lights do not work, nzxt cam and gpu tweak don't show any information about the card like temps, fan speed or clock speed. Is there a know solution to this?
