Changing emails on Discord.

Hind sight is 20/20 I guess. I deleted my old account assuming I could recover the email attached to it to use on my  current account. When I try to change the email, now, it just tells me it's unavailable. xD I can't seem to find a post about it on google, but I'll keep looking. Does anyone know if I can reuse my old email now hat the account is deleted?
