This build might be good for you, I don't like MSI branded aio coolers because they have been known to have pump issues. But this phanteks cooler will keep your CPU very cool

This is just for the pc so no monitors are included, the total is 2080 USD which translates to 2700.35 CAD.

I also like phanteks for a case, because their products have excellent airflow.

Although for a monitor i would recommend LG products , I love mine

It comes to $2989.11 when you use the Canada dropdown link. Also a 5900X isn't the best option here, and that cooler is $315 which is a massive waste of the budget. Same goes for the motherboard and psu.

At the moment an Intel cpu is a better choice for the use case. That may not be the case in five or six weeks.

I like MSI motherboards. Despite a difficult BIOS, I think the boards offer excellent value. MSI also offers some good GPU. Normally I would avoid MSI cases. The AIO are not well regarded and early units had significant problems.

Are you considering the 7000 CPUs?
