So i downloaded rawaccel.zip file and it showed this once I scanned on vt 🙂 or is it safe? I didn't unzip the file either.. Should I be concerned that my PC is infected or not?

or it's a false report? That it contains this Trojan.Malware.300983.susgen virus?

i'm guessing AV's flag it because it's a driver that wedges itself in between your mouse and the input. basicly... this is how keyloggers work.

having that said.. i have reservations about anything that messes with raw mouse/keyboard input, for the sake of stability. it's another point of failure where one doesnt need to be, and if this stuff breaks you now do not have mouse input at all.

When it's only one provider finding something on VT is is quite likely to be a false positive, if you start having a bunch of them complaining is when you should start worrying.

Especially like mentioned above with things that by design are affecting things at system level which a normal program wouldn't be doing.
