what gpu are you using? if its a powerful one you might consider a different psu, maybe try for an EVGA 850BS or something like that.

 

i would also recommend the i5 K series cpus instead of the 12400 as they arent as good for price. the 12600K is so much more powerful and is much better than the 12400. 

 

as far as the RAM goes there isnt any need for 32GB unless you play super demanding games or multitask lots. sometimes it can be handy, but 16GB is often enough to get by, and its a lot cheaper aswell as often faster speeds.

Looks ~fine, I'd want faster ram since 2666 is pretty slow and probably a better board as well.

so the pc is now 900 wich im ok with ive used both of ur suggestions with 2 tweaks 1 is i used the smae cooler as in the beginning because the one ryuikko said was as expensive on azerty as the one i chose and i went from corsair ram to gskill ram heres the new list https://azerty.nl/sharecart/index/index/key/jLU24may96M3YJwrQL55k1NmKlYhpjso/
