Will this run AutoCAD smoothly

So, I am in need of a good pc which can run AutoCAD. One of of team members is using auto cad for 3D and 2D designing and planning. I have made a list here, Can someone tell me if this is good because we are in need of a good pc because we have an important project coming up.
