Split .flv file

I need some software that can split an flv file into two parts without needing to re encode

 

The file has a bitrate of ~400kbps and converting it into an .avi or .mp4 with power director makes the file unnecessarily large, since the lowest bitrate in pd is 6000.

1. Get program that supports .flv files natively

2. Download Handbrake and do first conversion with it. Then use whatever supports .mkv or .mp4 files.

There was a program that allowed you to edit a video and then store it in its original codec, without reencoding it. Basically just splitting the bitstream... It was free too
