As the title says. How is this not a thing? Given that one cannot simply walk into a store and feel the fabric, just knowing the percentages of the given blend is simply not enough. Saying "its American Apparel" is not much better either (hint: it's in the name). I did not care much in the past, but now that you guys have towels, selling a towel without providing GSM is really, really not a nice move.

They might be trying to strike a balance on their store of not enough information for someone to make an informed decision and information overload, but I agree. I would like to see them lead by example on the front of providing a means to see or get ahold of deep technical detail for their products, even if it means finding a small link at the bottom of the store page which goes to a PDF download or something akin to a datasheet.
