Hey what are det benefit of water cooling the chipset

 

A do know the Northbridge can be very hot when oc so it is good to water cool.

 

but what about South Bridge, do you get something out of it when you water cool it or is it just cool:)

south bridge doesnt heat up much the heat sink on them is nearly purely for show

No real benefit to water cooling it. Also, on Intel, the northbridge is now integrated into the CPU so only the VRM component are left up there. They don't ever really get hot as well as long as you have decent airflow going through the heatsinks. Water cooling the VRM's and southbridge is more for aesthetics and both are usually water cooled at the same time since water block manufacturers make them to encompass both.
