Asus ROG strix B-550 F (wifi) orange led blinking after bios

basically i undervolted my cpu and tried do raise the clock (since i undeclock it to achieve lower temps) but then when i tried to boot from the bios the light started blincking and i had to do a forced shutdown (holding the poweer button on the case).

i read that it might be ram, but i dont understand what it has to do with under/overclocking my cpu.

Please help :(((
