I am looking for a cheap microphone to go wil my future sennheiser 558s. Must be under $15, must be USB, must have a decent length cable (around 3ft/1m), must have some sort of stand on the bottom (can be cheap plastic)

Unfortunately what you describe either doesnt exist or will be extremely hard to find and wont be under 15$. I recommend the Antlion Modmic, but the Modmic 4.0 is going to be released soon and is supposed to be superb, if you have the patience.

Blue snowflake is good but it costs slightly more than you want to pay. Zalman have that clip on mic everyone recommends  Or personally what I would do is go to best buy (or something similar) and pick up whatever you can afford there. When your budget is that small shipping almost makes it not worth it to shop online.

I will probably get it at the same time as 558s, so free shipping. If I did spend $40 I would get the snowball ice

Just so you know, 15 dollars and good don't go toghether. The zalman clip on is decent, but definitely not good. Just save up for a snowflake, its like 35 dollars, that one is the bear minimum for a good USB mic.
