Hello i would like to get your opinion and maybe help.

Hardware is as follows:

Ryzen 7 2700 running at 4.1 Ghz Aio Cooled

RTX3090

Crosshair Hero VI

16Gb XPG Ram at 3000MHz

Now i do not know if I am missing something very obvious but if I play graphic intensive games like Cyberpunk, MSFS2020, or Ghostwire Tokyo, I am barely able to keep steady framerates arround 40.

GPU is most of the times sitting arround 30 40 percent, CPU in the same ballpark sometimes even lower. I know the Cpu is not powerfull enough to get the 3090 running on a hundred (was designed with a 20 Series in mind).

Overall i think i should be getting more FPS. Also GTA V barely runs at 60 FPS

That depends on the game, usally I aim for the highest but i also tried it at low settings or in between with or without raytracing and lower or higher resolutions.

Resolution does not have a very notable influence, and even on minimum settings its just not what i think the system should be able to do.

Also i tried the recommended settings from geforce experience.

PSU is a bequiet straight power 11 1200W

Monitor is a Samsung LC24RG54
