AMD Radeon RX 580 GPU Cooling Options

I have an AMD Radeon RX 580 GPU in a Dell 5675 PC. This GPU runs very hot near 80c most of the time. I don't game on this machine so temp reduction is more important than performance increase. Any experience on how to reduce temps on this CPU? Thanks in advance for any guidance.

Near 80c is acceptable for long term use, with no risk of damage. Is there a specific reason you want to reduce temps?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
