Nvidia studio

Go to solution Solved by Avocado Diaboli,

In GeForce Experience you can just switch to the studio driver by clicking on the 3 dot menu.

I didn’t know what Nvidia studio was so I looked it up.  Apparently it’s a marketing terminology thing referring to nvidia studio drivers.  You used to be able to download studio drivers for any Nvidia card.  That and good nvenc used to be the only reasons to not even look at AMD cards.  It at least used to be that any laptop with an Nvidia card would run studio drivers.  Nvidia could have made things suck more though by limiting what can be used.  They have a rep for doing that.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.
