Looks ~fine, I'd probbaly see for am5 release for buying since most likely am4 is to be discounted, but if you want to buy now I'd go with something like this

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/mhrVLs

The 12400f is a good choice since it's faster in single core workloads than a 5600

Cheap cooler to keep the cpu cool. I'd hey aesthetic reasons for aios but it's not needed since the 12400f dosent produce a lot of heat

Good board for the price

Cheapest kit of 16gb ram

Decent 1tb storage

6800xt is a great choice for gaming, and somewhere near the perfromane of a 3070ti

Nice case and a decent 750 watt psu

Left some headroom for you to decide what peripherals you want since that's mainly personal preference

Couple notes:

-The 5600 and 5600X are the same CPU, but they're pretty close in price so whatever, unless you live near a microcenter where the 5600 is $40 less.  I'd still go with the 5600 any because they are both more than fast enough at base clocks, but I digress.

-Liquid cooling doesn't really offer any real benefit over a good air cooler, and costs more for the same level of heat dissipation.  In fact, air coolers last longer because pumps can fail on liquid coolers and/or fixtures can leak.

-X570 is cool but there's no point when b450 boards can OC CPU and RAM and have all the features you'll ever use.

-850w PSU is overkill for a 3060ti but if the price is there whatever

This is gonna do you a lot better for the money, though if you want a ryzen the 5600 paired with the gigabyte b450m DSH3H is the best vbalue right now as it has onboard wifi and bluetooth with a heatsink on the VRMs for only $65.  Microcenter also sells them for $60 and will give you a $20 discount if bought with a CPU, so if you live near one the Ryzen 5 5600 / Gigabyte b450m DS3H combo for $190 is unbeatable.

The 6800xt is leaps and bounds faster than the 3060ti (close to 3080 in most games) and that's gonna be the main driver of your framerate.  If the 3060ti is fast enough you could also go for a 6700XT for under $400 and that's still a little faster than the 3060ti.

Get a 1440p 160+Hz monitor.  There's no point in buying a new computer for 1080p and 144Hz panels are older tech now.

If you want 16x9 This would be my top pick:

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/HYZ9TW/hp-x32-315-2560x1440-165-hz-monitor-2v7v2aaaba

If you want 21x9 I'd get this:

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/pTKKHx/lg-34wp60c-b-340-3440x1440-160-hz-curved-monitor-34wp60c-b

The gentle curve is really nice for an ultrawide, though if you don't want the curve the HP x34 is a 3440x1440 165Hz for $325

I edit the shit out of my posts.  Refresh before you respond.

I would recommend doubling the storage and the RAM. You'll definitely want 2TB of SSD storage for AAA gaming. The 32GB of RAM will also help if you plan to mainly play AAA games, as well as with streaming too.
