Hey all,

I have purchased an ASUS TUF Gaming GeForce RTX 3090 OC 24GB, but I need some help with committing to a parts list.I was thinking of getting a i9 12900k but id like some opinions regarding value / performance

Main use case will be 1440p and 4k gaming. Id be happy to spend another AU$2500 or roughly $2000 american on this build. I would like to future proof if possible,2 tb nvme is a must as well as wifi and sound card.

thanks

Get a 12700k, the 12900k is overkill for anything else than heating your home, and you certainly don't need that now 😛

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
