Hi peeps

Hope I'm in the right place, looking for some advice regarding random freezes on my PC.

When I say freeze, I can actually still move around my mouse pointer and interact with some aspects on the screen, but cant actually open any programs.

If there were a video playing it will stop, or while I'm streaming from Streamlabs to youtube/facebook that will also stop.

I have to do a hard reset or sometimes the power button would also not work.

Sometimes the freeze will happen even while the PC is just idling/sitting in desktop while nothing is open.

- I have a a RGB controller from Coolermaster, not sure if that could have an effect.

- I've run memtest so does not seem to be RAM related (Could be wrong)

- Not doing any overclocking, just RAM XMP profile

If its helps, my setup:

-AMD Ryzen 5 3600

-ASRock x570 Steel Legend

-2x16Gb G.skill 3600mhz running XMP profile

-500GB M.2 Mushkin SSD (Boot drive)

- 2TB Seagate (For general Storage)

- 650w SuperFlower PSU

- GeForce GTX 1660 Super GPU

- Cooler Master ML240R Liquid CPU Cooler

- OS Windows 10

At first I thought it was CorelDraw, since it has a tendency to freeze up PC's, but after it started freezing/locking up while streaming, I'm not too sure.

If you need more info regarding the setup let me know

Any help or ideas will be appreciated!

Thank you very much.
