windows update problem?

i have pc that is currently Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909 and i just checked that this pc has been trying to update for 2 years now but always got error Error 0xc1900223

 

how do i fix this ?

i think i have an AD blocker and i use brave as a browser?? 

 

how can this be an issue ?
