Integrated gpu not working

Hey!!

I am using an Alienware M15 R-3 (Intel i7-10750H CPU / / and RTX SUPER 2070 ) but for some reason is cant use my Integrated GPU my other GPU which is RTX 2070 always in the use and for some reason in device manager my display adapter (intel UHD graphics ) is hidden I have to check show hidden devices to see my intel UHD graphics 

troubleshooting done by me--

1) installed all the required drivers 

2) install UHD graphics

3) tried to enable GPU from bios but dell does not allow us to change the settings

4) reinstalled windows

5) replaced my motherboard suggested by dell

The system uses the iGPU all the time.  You just don't know it. The system will automatically swap from iGpu to GPU depending on the demands.

ya thats the thing my system does not swap between iGpu to GPU

Press Function - F7 and you should get a menu to swap power modes. 

I'm assuming it has something to do with the MUX switch

Make sure the OSD driver is installed first. See below

There should also be settings in the Intel and/or nVidia drivers.
