Even if you're on a budget mate, SeaSonic all the way, or XFX since SeaSonic build all of their PSU's

I don't know if it's the fan dying if I took it out how can I get it to turn on without it hooked up to my system

Also how do I open this thing up without several shocking myself

 

Preferably unplugged before you attempt this mate, would be a good idea lol

 

Unplug the power cable and switch the machine on, should drain all of the power out of it
