Added pictures cause random underlined text that acts as a link to the picture

Steps to reproduce/what were you doing before it happened?

Add a picture to a post in progress, bring the cursor down beneath the picture to write text.

 

What happened?

Text is shown as underlined. When posted that underlined text is an active link to the picture above it

 

What did you expect to happen?

To be able to add text without it being used as a link to the picture.

This isn't the first time it's happened to me. It underlines a part of the text then suddenly stops on it's own.

This is a bad interaction between firefox and the editor that we use, although this is the first time that I've seen it manifest like that (usually the bug is that when you paste a link, the text after it is also made a link). Unfortunately there isn't anything that we can do to properly fix this.

 

It looks like you're using Shift+Enter to insert new lines - if you just use enter, it should function correctly, because enter should clear any active links and formatting.
